The hotel's location near the central train station was very convenient. The staff helped store luggage before check-in (a great help!). I also appreciated the provided directions to tour starting points. The nearby restaurant recommendation was a true gem.
The room cleaning was somewhat inconsistent, as I noticed crumbs on the floor for several days.

the staff was very helpful, especially those at reception.
the cleaning in my room was weird, i got new towels when i didn't need them, but the room wasn't actually clean, there were crumbs on the floor for days and dust everywhere, i think i got allergic flu.

the location is great i found. i could walk to most places. the breakfast included a decent selection. the staff helped with my luggage on the upper floors.
the room was very small i find. the kettle cord was short it's impossible to reach sockets. the walls also were pretty thin, easily could hear neighbors.

My room was quite small, and i noticed some wear and tear. there was no fridge, just an empty space where one should be. the stairs were also a challenge. They were very steep and narrow, i found them difficult to navigate. it made moving luggage quite awkward.
